Any time, for any of us. Choose your doctor and a time, and it goes straight into our appointment book.

When we open

Same day

Unwell today? Ring us. We keep appointments free each day for people who need to be seen today.

Saturdays

Walk in

On Saturday mornings we see walk-ins between bookings. Expect a wait if it’s busy.

Phone or video

With a GP who knows you. Medicare covers it if you’re registered with us in MyMedicare, or you’ve had a face-to-face visit in the past 12 months, and in some other cases. Phone and video rules differ, so we check when you book.

Got a few things to talk about? Book a long visit, so nobody has to rush.

What you’ll pay

Bulk billed, nothing to pay

  • Children under 16
  • Concession card holders

Bring your Medicare card, and your concession card if you have one. We never add a booking, admin or consumables fee to a bulk-billed visit. The only extra charge allowed is the supply of a vaccine, and we’ll tell you before.

Everyone else

You pay our fee on the day, and Medicare pays part of it back to you as a rebate. We can lodge the claim at the desk, so it goes straight to your bank account.

Standard visitUnder 20 minutes

Our fee$96

Long visitAt least 20 minutes

Our fee$158

A long visit gets a bigger rebate than a standard one. Medicare sets the amounts, so ask us for the current figure when you book. The rebate depends on the visit you actually have, not the length of the slot you booked.

No Medicare? Visitors and international students pay the full fee. Check with your insurer what they’ll pay back; we can’t bill them directly.

Veteran Card? Ask us before your visit and we’ll check how it works for you.

Kate does flu shots on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If there’s a cost for the vaccine, we tell you when you book.

Care plans for a long-term condition

If you live with a long-term condition, your GP can make a chronic condition management plan with you. With one, Medicare helps with up to 5 allied health visits a year, or 10 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients. Gaps may apply.

Mental health plans

With a mental health treatment plan and a referral, Medicare supports up to 10 individual and 10 group therapy sessions a year. Gaps may apply.

MyMedicare is a voluntary way to register with us as your usual practice. You don’t need it to book. If you’re registered, your plans are done here, with your usual GP.

Questions people ask at the desk

Are you taking new patients?

Yes, with all three doctors. Book a long visit for your first one and bring your Medicare card, any concession card and a list of your medicines.

If you’re moving from another clinic, we can ask them to send your records once you’ve signed a transfer form.

Can I get a repeat script or referral without coming in?

Sometimes. Ring Jess and your doctor decides whether they need to see you first. We don’t prescribe from an online questionnaire.

How do I get my results?

If your doctor needs to see you about a result, we ring you. Otherwise, ask at your next visit or ring after 2pm. We don’t give results by email or text.

What if my usual doctor is away?

Another of our GPs can see you, with your notes in front of them. The board at the top shows who’s in today.

Can I have an interpreter?

Dr Rahman speaks Bengali and Hindi, and Dr Liu speaks Mandarin. For any other language, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange an interpreter.

What if I need to cancel?

Ring us, or use the link in your reminder text, as early as you can. Someone who’s unwell today will be glad of the time.

What happens to what I tell you?

It stays with us. The booking form only asks what we need to book you, and nothing you enter on this site is passed to advertising platforms. Our privacy policy has the details.
