Good to know
If yours isn’t here, call and ask. We don’t mind.
A first visit is 45 minutes and costs $115. Follow-ups are 30 minutes and cost $95. Longer sessions are available.
If you have health fund extras, we swipe your card and you pay only the gap, usually $30 to $60. With a GP care plan (the one that used to be called an EPC) Medicare gives you about $60 back per visit, for up to 5 visits a calendar year.
You can generally book a private physiotherapy appointment directly. Referral and eligibility requirements vary for funded or insured appointments. Check the current requirements with your clinic and the relevant scheme.
It shouldn’t. Some treatments feel like a firm stretch or a deep massage, and you might feel a bit tender the next day, like after a workout. We always check in with you and we stop if anything feels wrong.
Usually today or tomorrow. We keep a few spots free each day for people in pain. Book online to see live times, or call and we’ll find one for you.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts for a knee or hip, a singlet for a shoulder or neck. Bring your health fund card, any scans or letters you have, and a list of your medicines if you take any.
The clinician discusses an individual plan with you. We’ll give you an honest estimate at your first visit and we’ll never book you in for more than you need.
Booking online takes about a minute. If you’d rather talk to someone, call and Jess on the front desk will sort you out.
