These are the terms every bdog website is sold on: the key terms of the Order Form you sign, under the full bdog Terms of Service, version 2026.10. Where this page and the signed documents differ, the signed documents win. Questions go to hello@bdog.com.au or 0452 424 845.
The free rebuild
The homepage rebuild is free, and stays free. No card, no deposit, no sales call. If you don’t go ahead, keep the ideas.
The key terms
- You pay your first month when you approve your design, after seeing it. Then monthly on that date.
- Live within 14 days of sign-off, or your first month is refunded.
- Change your mind before launch, or within 30 days after, and we refund everything you’ve paid for your website. Your old site stays up for those 30 days.
- After that, leave any time on 14 days’ notice. You pay only the Build Instalments left, nothing more.
- The Care Fee is fixed for 12 months. After that it can rise by up to 5%, at most once a year, with 30 days’ notice and the option to cancel first.
- Your domain and content are yours. Once the Build Fee is paid, you can take the design with you.
- You approve all content and decide what tracking your site uses.
- No surcharges, late fees or interest.
How the monthly fee is made up
For the first 12 months your monthly fee is two things: a Build Instalment, which pays off the Build Fee, and the Care Fee, which covers hosting, security, backups, call tracking, your monthly edits and the booking integration. From month 13 only the Care Fee remains, month to month. The Build Fee can also be paid up front, which takes you straight to the Care Fee. The figures for each plan are on the pricing page.
Tracking on your site
Your site comes with privacy-safe analytics. Advertising tools such as a Meta pixel or Google Ads tracking are added only if you ask for them on your Order Form. On a health website they can show those platforms which pages people visit, and the Privacy Commissioner has ruled that this needs visitors’ consent, so we set them up to run only after a visitor agrees, and keep them off condition and treatment pages. Choosing them, and your practice’s privacy policy, are your responsibility.
Marketing services
If you take a marketing service with us, it runs month to month from the date on your Order Form. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never through us.
Who you are dealing with
bdog is a trading name of Fide Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 633 134 700) as trustee for the Fide Business Group Trust (ABN 76 609 518 071), of Sydney’s Inner West. Our privacy policy says what we do with your information.
