What we look at for a remedial massage clinic.

The details are different for every profession.

Why it’s free

It’s the quickest way for you to judge our work, and it’s the first step of building your site anyway. If you go ahead, the rebuild becomes your homepage.

  • The total fee

Each appointment length with its full price, before any rebate.

  • Health funds, honestly

Which therapist is recognised, and that cover depends on the policy.

  • On the table

Draping, pressure and stopping any time, explained before booking.

  • Massage or myotherapy

Who is qualified for what, so nobody guesses from one price list.

  • Medicare and NDIS

A plain answer that they don’t pay for massage.

A site that tells people what happens in the hour.

Scroll to watch a homepage rebuilt, then see why each piece is where it is.

An illustrative before. The practice is fictional.Saltfern Remedial Massage is a fictional practice. Open the Live Example (opens in a new tab)

  1. A site-builder page, with a pop-up on top.

    • A mailing list pop-up covers the page before anyone has read it.
    • Booking is somewhere under More.
    • The phone number and the hours are at the bottom, as plain text.
  2. The same business, rebuilt.

What was worth keeping is kept. Everything else is rebuilt around it.

  3. A clock shows what the time is for.

    • Each appointment is split into assessment, hands-on time and advice.
    • The doors are 45, 60 and 90 minutes, each with its full fee.
    • Nobody books expecting a full hour of massage and feels short-changed.
  4. Draping, pressure and stopping, explained.

    • What to wear and what is covered is said plainly.
    • Pressure is agreed with the therapist, not bought as an upgrade.
    • You can ask to stop at any point, and the page says so.
  5. What the fund pays depends on the policy.

    • Fees are shown before any rebate.
    • Claiming on the spot is explained with its conditions.
    • Nothing promises that every fund covers every service.
  6. A straight answer, before anyone asks.

    • A GP referral doesn’t make massage a Medicare service, and the page says so.
    • The NDIS doesn’t fund massage by massage therapists.
    • Nobody books on a wrong assumption.
  7. Qualifications as they are.

    • Each therapist’s actual qualification is written out.
    • Association membership is stated separately.
    • Remedial massage and myotherapy are kept apart.
  8. Parking, the entrance and the steps.

    • A photo of the entrance shows where to go.
    • Parking and the nearest bus stop are listed.
    • Access is described as it really is.

Switching in

You forward two or three logins: your domain, your current host, and your booking or enquiry system if you use one. We move the content, connect that system, set up redirects so Google keeps sending people to the right pages, and put it live. Your part is under an hour, total.

Switching back

Your old site stays where it is for 30 days after the new one goes live. If you’d rather have it back, for any reason, tell us and we point your domain at it the same day. You’re refunded in full and the care plan stops.

The advertising rules

Built for the rules massage therapists advertise under.

Remedial massage isn’t an Ahpra-registered profession, but it isn’t unregulated: each state’s code for health care workers applies, and association codes such as AMT’s add their own advertising rules.

Read the Advertising Guides

  • No promotional testimonials

AMT’s code rules them out, and so do ours by default.

  • No cure claims

What a session involves, never what it will fix.

  • Health funds, conditionally

Rebates depend on the policy and the therapist, and the page says so.

  • Your state code, linked

The health care worker code and complaints route for where you practise.

You stay responsible for what your practice advertises, and we make it easier to get right.

All Questions, Answered

The free rebuild

Why is it free?

It’s the fastest way for you to judge our work without committing to anything, and it’s step one of your site if you go ahead. The rebuild becomes your homepage.

Is it just a template?

No. It’s built from your practice’s own services, team, hours and booking setup, on a structure designed for remedial massage clinics. Joseph reviews every decision before it reaches you, and the video explains each one.

Do I have to talk to anyone?

No. You get the rebuild and the video by email and watch in your own time. If you’d rather talk, Joseph’s number is at the bottom of the page.

What happens to the rebuild if I say no?

Nothing. Keep the ideas and use them however you like. The preview link closes after 7 days, and we don’t publish it or show it to anyone without your permission.

We already have a web developer. Does that matter?

Not for the rebuild. You can use it to see what’s possible before deciding who builds it. If you go ahead with us, we handle the move and your developer doesn’t need to be involved.

Going ahead

Will it work with our booking system?

Book Online goes to the booking page you already use, from systems like Cliniko, Zanda or Fresha. We confirm how yours connects before you approve your design, and each appointment length links to the matching booking type.

How much work is this for me?

Send your address, watch a two-minute video, say yes or no. If yes, forward the logins we ask for. We do the rest, including talking to your current host or booking provider if something needs untangling.

What happens to my current site?

Nothing, for 30 days. It stays live on its existing host so it’s there if you want it back. After that you can cancel the old hosting, or we’ll do it with you.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We map every page on your old site to the right page on the new one before we switch, so links and search results keep landing somewhere sensible. Rankings move for all sorts of reasons, but a redirect map is what stops a move from being one of them.

What if I don’t like it once it’s live?

Say so within 30 days. We point your domain back at your old site, refund your website fees in full, and stop the care plan. No form, no reason required.

What’s the catch with the 12 months?

The first year pays off the build in monthly instalments, so there’s no large upfront cost. After 12 months the price drops to the care rate. If you leave early, you pay out the build that remains, and we hand over your content and design files.

Who owns the site?

Your domain, content and photos are yours from the start. The site runs on our platform, which is how it stays fast, secure and looked after. Once the build is paid off, at month 12 or up front, we’ll export everything whenever you ask.
