You only pay if you go ahead. See the thinking

Three steps. Only the last one costs anything.

  1. Day 0. Free

    Send your address.

Your current website, your name, email and mobile. Then pick a time with Joseph.

  2. The next business day. Free

See your new homepage, on a 15-minute call with Joseph.

You see what your customers would see, before you pay anything. The link stays live for 7 days.

  3. Within 7 days. From $249 a month +GST

    Decide on the full site.

Say yes and we do the rest. Your first month is charged when you approve the design. Live within 14 days of sign-off, or that month back.

Better site visits, and fewer “how much for a backyard?” calls.

What we look at for a landscaping business, and what it changes for you.

Why it’s free

It’s the quickest way for you to judge our work, and it’s the first step of building your site anyway. If you go ahead, the rebuild becomes your homepage.

  • Homeowners see a garden like theirs

Recent jobs with the suburb, the problem and what was built.

  • Fewer site visits to people who can’t go ahead

The design fee, a typical backyard range and your minimum job.

  • New home owners trust you before they call

Licensee, licence number and category near the phone.

  • The enquiry arrives with what you need

The job, the suburb, a photo or plan, and when they want it.

  • Fewer calls about plants after handover

Watering, establishment and what happens if a plant fails.

Finished gardens first, then the plan, the price and the licence.

  1. A site-builder page, with a pop-up on top.

    • A mailing list pop-up covers the page before anyone has read it.
    • Booking is somewhere under More.
    • The phone number and the hours are at the bottom, as plain text.
  2. The same business, rebuilt.

What was worth keeping is kept. Everything else is rebuilt around it.

  3. A quote starter that reads like a plant schedule.

    • Walls, paving, turf and planting, or the whole yard, each a row with its code.
    • One tap opens the site visit request with the job already chosen.
    • The call button and the licence sit right under it.
  4. Recent jobs, with the suburb and the problem.

    • A before and after from the same spot leads the jobs.
    • Each job names the suburb, what was wrong and what was built.
    • The plants are listed the way the plan lists them.
  5. How a job runs, start to handover.

    • A site visit, then a paid concept and planting plan.
    • A fixed quote, built in stages.
    • Handover comes with a watering plan.
  6. The design fee and a real range.

    • The design fee says when it’s credited.
    • A typical backyard is shown as a range, not a quote.
    • The minimum job saves everyone a wasted visit.
  7. The licence, approvals and what’s underground.

    • Licensee, number and category, the way NSW asks.
    • Retaining wall approvals are checked before the quote.
    • Pool barriers and underground services are planned around.
  8. The rating, and what people said.

    • The Google rating sits on the first screen.
    • Three reviews about real jobs, with first name and suburb.
    • Nothing written up as marketing.

Written inside the rules landscapers work under. Every site shows the licensee’s name, licence number and category where the state asks, says that approvals and engineering for a retaining wall are checked before the quote rather than promising a height, keeps pool landscaping clear of the barrier rules, and shows design fees and price ranges with their conditions.

Pricing and questions

When it goes live

  • It looks like your business. Designed from your free rebuild, never a template.
  • You never have to write a word. Joseph writes every page, and you approve it.
  • Fewer people leave before they enquire. Built for phones first, and fast to load.
  • You wake up to bookings and enquiries instead of voicemails. Your booking or enquiry system, linked.
  • Enquiries come in with what you need to reply. Contact and enquiry forms.
  • You don’t lose the enquiries you already get. Every old page redirected, so Google keeps finding you.
  • One less thing to worry about with the regulator. Written with your profession’s advertising rules in mind.

Every month after

  • If something breaks, it’s ours to fix. Hosting, security and daily backups.
  • You send a change and it’s done. Edits whenever you need them.
  • You can see what the site brings in. Counted calls and a performance dashboard.
  • People searching for you land on the right page. Page titles, descriptions and a sitemap, set up.
  • You never chase your old web person again. We deal with your old host and booking provider.
  • It doesn’t look dated in three years. A design review every year, if you want one.

Yours to keep. Your domain and content are yours from day one. The design files and a static export of your site are yours at month 12, or sooner if you pay off the rest of the build. Terms, clause 13

Month to month, with 30 days’ notice to stop. We tell you what we’d do and what it costs before anything starts.

On the map, too.

People search “landscaper” or “retaining walls” with their own suburb, and a crew working across new estates needs its service area on the listing, not just the yard where the machines are kept. Joseph looks after Google profiles as well, from the setup to a monthly heatmap of where you rank. Google Profile Management

The fine print, up front.

Five promises, in writing, before you decide anything.

  1. Live within 14 days of sign-off, or your first month back.

  2. Nothing to pay until you’ve approved your design.

  3. Your old site stays up for 30 days after. Switch back for any reason and your website fees are refunded in full.

  4. Leave any time on 14 days’ notice, and owe nothing more.

  5. Your domain, content and photos are yours from day one.

Switching in

You forward two or three logins: your domain, your current host, and your booking or enquiry system if you use one. We move the content, connect that system, set up redirects so Google keeps sending people to the right pages, and put it live. Your part is under an hour, total.

Switching back

Your old site stays where it is for 30 days after the new one goes live. If you’d rather have it back, for any reason, tell us and we point your domain at it the same day. You’re refunded in full and the care plan stops.

The advertising rules

Written inside the rules landscapers work under.

Retaining walls, paving, decks and pergolas are licensed building work in NSW, Queensland and South Australia, and those states want the licensee’s name and number on advertising, websites included. Planting and turf on their own generally aren’t licensed.

  • The licence on the page

Licensee, number and the structural landscaping category, near the phone.

  • No promised approvals

“We check before we quote”, never a wall height or “council approved”.

  • Fees with their conditions

A credited design fee says when it’s credited. Nothing called free that isn’t.

  • Photos of your own work

Same site, same spot, nothing edited to change the result.

You stay responsible for what your business advertises, and we make it easier to get right.

All Questions, Answered

The free rebuild

Why is it free?

It’s the fastest way for you to judge our work without committing to anything, and it’s step one of your site if you go ahead. The rebuild becomes your homepage.

Is it just a template?

No. It’s built from your own jobs, services, service area, licence and quoting setup, on a structure designed for landscapers. Joseph reviews every decision before it reaches you, and walks you through each one on the call.

Do I have to talk to anyone?

Yes, briefly. Joseph walks you through your new homepage on a 15-minute video call, and you tell him what you’d change.

What happens to the rebuild if I say no?

Nothing. Keep the ideas and use them however you like. The preview link closes after 7 days, and we don’t publish it or show it to anyone without your permission.

We already have a web developer. Does that matter?

Not for the rebuild. You can use it to see what’s possible before deciding who builds it. If you go ahead with us, we handle the move and your developer doesn’t need to be involved.

Going ahead

Will it work with our job management software?

Enquiries, photos and plans go where you already work, whether that’s your job management system’s inbox or your email. Your project photos come from your phone or Instagram. We confirm how yours connects before you approve your design.

How much work is this for me?

Send your address, see it on a 15-minute call, say yes or no. If yes, forward the logins we ask for and a folder of job photos. We do the rest, including talking to your current host if something needs untangling.

What happens to my current site?

Nothing, for 30 days. It stays live on its existing host so it’s there if you want it back. After that you can cancel the old hosting, or we’ll do it with you.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We map every page on your old site to the right page on the new one before we switch, so links and search results keep landing somewhere sensible. Rankings move for all sorts of reasons, but a redirect map is what stops a move from being one of them.

What if I don’t like it once it’s live?

Say so within 30 days. We point your domain back at your old site, refund your website fees in full, and stop the care plan. No form, no reason required.

What’s the catch with the 12 months?

The first year pays off the build in monthly instalments, so there’s no large upfront cost. After 12 months the price drops to the care rate. You can leave at any time and owe nothing more. To take the site itself, pay what’s left of the build and we hand over your design files.

Who owns the site?

Your domain, content and photos are yours from the start. The site runs on our platform, which is how it stays fast, secure and looked after. Once the build is paid off, at month 12, up front or when you leave, we’ll export everything whenever you ask.
