Nothing, for 30 days. It stays live on its existing host so it’s there if you want it back. After that you can cancel the old hosting, or we’ll do it with you.

We map every page on your old site to the right page on the new one before we switch, so links and search results keep landing somewhere sensible. Rankings move for all sorts of reasons, but a redirect map is what stops a move from being one of them.

Say so within 30 days. We point your domain back at your old site, refund your website fees in full, and stop the care plan. No form, no reason required.

Your first month is charged when you approve the build, then monthly from that date. Plans are $249, $349 or $449 a month ex GST for the first 12 months, then $89, $109 or $129.

When you approve the build, after you’ve seen the rebuild and we’ve agreed what we’re making. Your first month is charged then, and monthly from that date. Change your mind before launch, or within 30 days after it, and we refund your website fees in full.

The build is paid off and your price drops to the care rate: $89, $109 or $129 a month depending on your plan. The site keeps running with us, with hosting, security, backups, your monthly edits and an annual design review if you want one. We never rebuild your site out from under you.

Settle what’s left of the build and we part ways. On Full Site the build is $240 of every $349; the other $109 is the care rate. Leave at month 6 and the unpaid build is $1,440. Month 9: $720. Single Page and Search Pages work the same way at $160 and $320 a month of build. Once it’s settled we export your content and hand over your design files.

Your domain, content, photos and logo are yours at any time. The site itself runs on our platform, which is how we keep it fast and looked after. After month 12 we’ll export your content and hand over your design files whenever you ask. Before month 12, settle the build first.

Yes. Pay the build up front and go straight onto the care rate. Single Page $1,920, Full Site $2,880, Search Pages $3,840. Same total over the year. Ask your accountant which suits you.

Only the care rate, by at most 5% and at most once a year, with 30 days written notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect and owe nothing. The year-one price is the year-one price.

We tell you the same day and retry for two weeks. Then written notice, then the site pauses. We don’t delete it while it’s paused. Fix the payment and it’s back within one business day.

Testimonials about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment or outcome. Before-and-after photos without consent that covers advertising, or that suggest a result you can’t promise. Time-limited offers that pressure a clinical decision. Reviews patients leave on Google can stay on Google; copy one onto your site and it becomes your advertising. The cosmetic procedure rules tightened again in September 2025. We’re not lawyers, and we’ll tell you plainly when something sits close to the line.
