What we look at for a personal injury firm.

The details are different for every profession.

Why it’s free

It’s the quickest way for you to judge our work, and it’s the first step of building your site anyway. If you go ahead, the rebuild becomes your homepage.

  • The injury, not the category

At work, on the road, in a public place.

  • No win, no fee, explained

What success means, expenses, and the other side’s costs.

  • A person to talk to

Phone and callback before any long form.

  • Time limits

Call early, without a countdown that fits nobody.

  • Who will act

Named solicitors, with accreditation only where it’s held.

A site for someone in pain who is worried about the bill.

  1. Built for a desktop. Opened on a phone.

    • The whole page shrinks to fit the screen, so nothing can be read without zooming.
    • The phone number is there, but far too small to tap.
    • Booking means finding a contact form link in the third column.
  2. The same business, rebuilt.

What was worth keeping is kept. Everything else is rebuilt around it.

  3. The fine print is the design.

    • Every condition carries an asterisk that opens into plain words.
    • What a win means, expenses and the other side’s costs are all explained.
    • Nothing important is more than one tap away.
  4. At work, on the road, in a public place.

    • People choose what happened, not a legal category.
    • Each route explains what usually comes first.
    • Injuries the firm doesn’t handle are said plainly.
  5. The first conversation is free, and the rest is explained.

    • The free first conversation says what it covers.
    • Costs if the claim doesn’t succeed are explained.
    • Nothing is promised about the amount you’ll keep.
  6. A person, a callback, or a short form.

    • Phone and callback come before the form.
    • The form asks for very little.
    • People can say when it’s safe to call and whether voicemail is okay.
  7. Call early, without a countdown.

    • The page says deadlines depend on the claim and the date.
    • It asks people to call early rather than work it out alone.
    • No single deadline is published for everyone.
  8. Named solicitors, with a register link.

    • Each solicitor is named with their role.
    • A link to the public register sits beside the bios.
    • No “specialist” unless it’s conferred.

Written inside the rules lawyers advertise under. Every site is written without settlement figures, win rates or injury photos, with no win, no fee explained beside the offer every time it appears, and with no gifts or rewards for signing up or referring someone.

Switching in

You forward two or three logins: your domain, your current host, and your booking or enquiry system if you use one. We move the content, connect that system, set up redirects so Google keeps sending people to the right pages, and put it live. Your part is under an hour, total.

Switching back

Your old site stays where it is for 30 days after the new one goes live. If you’d rather have it back, for any reason, tell us and we point your domain at it the same day. You’re refunded in full and the care plan stops.

The advertising rules

Written inside the rules lawyers advertise under.

Solicitors’ advertising answers to the conduct rules and the Australian Consumer Law, and personal injury adds state rules on advertising and on claim farming.

Read the Advertising Guides

  • No results or win rates

No payout figures, no recovery montages, no injury photos.

  • Conditions beside every offer

No win, no fee always comes with what it leaves out.

  • No claim farming

No paid referrals, and no rewards for signing up.

  • Written for your state

Advertising and funding rules differ, so nothing is copied across.

You stay responsible for what your firm advertises, and we make it easier to get right.

All Questions, Answered

The free rebuild

Why is it free?

It’s the fastest way for you to judge our work without committing to anything, and it’s step one of your site if you go ahead. The rebuild becomes your homepage.

Is it just a template?

No. It’s built from your practice’s own services, team, hours and booking setup, on a structure designed for personal injury firms. Joseph reviews every decision before it reaches you, and the video explains each one.

Do I have to talk to anyone?

No. You get the rebuild and the video by email and watch in your own time. If you’d rather talk, Joseph’s number is at the bottom of the page.

What happens to the rebuild if I say no?

Nothing. Keep the ideas and use them however you like. The preview link closes after 7 days, and we don’t publish it or show it to anyone without your permission.

We already have a web developer. Does that matter?

Not for the rebuild. You can use it to see what’s possible before deciding who builds it. If you go ahead with us, we handle the move and your developer doesn’t need to be involved.

Going ahead

Will it work with our practice management system?

Enquiries go where your firm already works: into LEAP, Smokeball or Actionstep where your setup accepts web enquiries, or to your inbox. Nothing sensitive is collected on the site itself. We confirm how yours connects before you approve your design.

How much work is this for me?

Send your address, watch a two-minute video, say yes or no. If yes, forward the logins we ask for. We do the rest, including talking to your current host or booking provider if something needs untangling.

What happens to my current site?

Nothing, for 30 days. It stays live on its existing host so it’s there if you want it back. After that you can cancel the old hosting, or we’ll do it with you.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We map every page on your old site to the right page on the new one before we switch, so links and search results keep landing somewhere sensible. Rankings move for all sorts of reasons, but a redirect map is what stops a move from being one of them.

What if I don’t like it once it’s live?

Say so within 30 days. We point your domain back at your old site, refund your website fees in full, and stop the care plan. No form, no reason required.

What’s the catch with the 12 months?

The first year pays off the build in monthly instalments, so there’s no large upfront cost. After 12 months the price drops to the care rate. If you leave early, you pay out the build that remains, and we hand over your content and design files.

Who owns the site?

Your domain, content and photos are yours from the start. The site runs on our platform, which is how it stays fast, secure and looked after. Once the build is paid off, at month 12 or up front, we’ll export everything whenever you ask.
