Can you get me to number one?

Nobody honest can promise that. Google ranks the map on relevance, distance and prominence, and nobody can move your business closer to the person searching. What we do is make your profile the most relevant and trusted it can be, keep it that way, and show you each month what moved.

How long until I see a difference?

Fixes like categories, hours and the pin can show within weeks. Reviews build over months, so give it three months before you judge it. Your monthly report shows what’s moving, on the same grid each time.

What’s the difference between the tidy-up and management?

The tidy-up is once: your profile set up properly, then you run it yourself. Management is the tidy-up plus the weekly work: a post a week, every review answered, a review request to every customer, your details kept the same across the main directories, and a monthly report.

Do you need my Google login?

No. You add bdog as a manager on your profile. Managers can post, reply and edit, but can’t remove you or delete the profile. You stay the owner.

Can you remove a bad review?

Only Google removes reviews, and only ones that break its rules, like spam or a review from someone who was never a customer. We report those. For the rest, we reply calmly within one business day, because the next person reading sees the reply too.

Do I need a bdog website?

No. It works with any website. Joseph checks that your site and your profile show the same name, address and phone, and tells you what to change if they don’t.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. It’s month to month, with 30 days’ notice to stop. Your profile is yours the whole time, so there’s nothing to hand back.

Is this the same as Google My Business?

Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile. Same listing, same map.

What if customers don’t come to my address?

Businesses that travel to their customers hide their address and show a service area instead, as Google asks. A heatmap needs a public pin, so Joseph checks a service-area profile by hand.

Can a health practice ask patients for reviews?

Yes, as long as every patient is asked the same way and nothing is offered in return. Replies thank people without mentioning their care or confirming they’re a patient. A practice can’t use reviews as testimonials in its advertising, so your site shows your rating as plain text, never the reviews.
