NDIS marketing and SEO NDIS marketing that fills your roster with participants you can support.

Participants read provider websites, ask their support coordinator and check reviews before they call. Joseph makes each of those say exactly what you are, where you go and who you can serve, written with the NDIS Code of Conduct in mind.

The call is free. If marketing isn’t worth it for you yet, Joseph will say so.

Marketing from $449 a month +GST. Month to month. What each part costs

  1. 1Google AdsThe top of the page, from the day it goes live.
  2. 2Google profileThe map and the places under it, where most local customers choose.
  3. 3Blogs and contentThe questions people ask before they’re ready to book.
  4. 4Website SEOThe results under them, and what AI answers say about you.
Example: a made-up support provider in Prospect. Each part of the page is won a different way.

How participants and coordinators choose a provider.

Three in four participants who research providers look at provider websites, and many lean on a support coordinator or plan manager to shortlist. These five searches are where the choice gets made.

  1. disability support workers prospect

Near me means the suburbs you actually reach.

Participants and families search by support and suburb, and a provider out of range is a wasted call for both of you. A page for each support you deliver, the suburbs you cover named on it, and ads only where you have room win this search.

  2. ndis providers accepting new participants

Coordinators need options this week, not a brochure.

Support coordinators are expected to offer a choice of at least three providers, and they shortlist the ones who say plainly what they do, where, their registration and when they can start. A dated note of the room you have and a referral page that takes two minutes win the referral.

  3. can i use an unregistered ndis provider

Plan type decides whether they can use you at all.

Self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed: participants and plan managers check this first, and an unregistered provider can’t take NDIA-managed funding. Saying exactly what you are, on every page and listing, wins the people you can serve and saves a call from the ones you can’t.

  4. can i choose my ndis support worker

Who turns up: the question behind every enquiry.

Families want to know who’ll be in the house, whether they meet first and who covers when that person is away. Worker introductions written with each worker’s consent, and a page on how matching works, answer it before anyone has to ring.

What wins itWebsite SEOBlogs and content

  5. ndis provider reviews

They read your reviews, then ask in the Facebook group.

Participants say they use Google reviews to judge safety and quality. Every participant asked the same way, with nothing in return, and replies that never confirm someone is a participant or mention their supports, build the rating they look for.

NDIS Code of Conduct

Written with the NDIS Code of Conduct in mind.

Registered or not, every NDIS provider works under the Code of Conduct, and the NDIA polices its name and logo. The shortcuts this sector is known for, gifts for signing up, paid referrals and pressure, are exactly what the regulators are going after. Everything we write, post and run for you is written with the Code in mind.

  • Your registration said exactly as it stands, never ‘NDIS approved’, and no NDIS logo you’re not entitled to.
  • No gifts, vouchers or rewards for signing up or referring, and nothing paid to a coordinator per referral.
  • No pressure: no ‘last spots’ that aren’t true, and no chasing a family who hasn’t decided.
  • Photos and stories only with express consent for that use, in a format the person understands, and never written to make anyone pitied.
  • Plain words, pages that work with a screen reader, and your prices as you charge them, never a higher rate for participants.
  • Where your team includes OTs, physios or psychologists, Ahpra’s advertising guidelines as well, so no testimonials about their care.

The first three months.

What Joseph would usually do first for an NDIS provider. If your business or domain name has ‘NDIS’ in it, that conversation comes first.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

    Say exactly what you are

Your status, supports and suburbs made the same on your site, Google profile, Facebook and flyers. If you’re registered, your Provider Finder display switched on and checked.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    The coordinators near you

A one-page sheet for support coordinators and plan managers: what you do, where, your status and when you can start. A referral page on your site that takes two minutes. No gifts.

  3. Months 2 to 3

    A page for each support

Personal care, help at home, community access: what each includes, who it’s for, the suburbs and how to start, in plain words. Ads only for a support you have room for.

  4. Every month

    Reviews, room and a report

Every participant asked for a review the same way, every reply careful with their privacy, your availability note kept current, and what moved in plain words.

Your website is where coordinators check you.

Participants, families and support coordinators all end up on your site before they call. If it doesn’t say what you do, where you go, who you can serve and when you have room, on a phone and to a screen reader, the referral goes to the next provider on the list. If yours needs work, Joseph rebuilds your homepage free first, and you see it before you decide anything.

How much does NDIS marketing cost?

With bdog, from $449 a month +GST for Google profile management. Website SEO is from $1,300 a month, and Google Ads management is from $600 a month plus your ad spend. Joseph quotes the mix for your business after a 15-minute call.

What does an NDIS marketing agency actually do?

Gets you found by the participants, families and coordinators you can serve: your Google profile and reviews, a page for each support and suburb, a referral route for coordinators, and ads where they pay. A good NDIS marketing agency also keeps every word within the Code of Conduct and the NDIA’s logo rules, because that’s what participants and coordinators check.

What is NDIS SEO?

Making your business the one Google shows when someone searches for a support in your suburbs, like personal care in Prospect or community access near Kilburn: your Google profile set up as a service area, and pages on your site for each support, each area and who you can serve.

Can an unregistered provider advertise to NDIS participants?

Yes, accurately. Say you’re unregistered and that you work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, don’t use the registered provider logos, and don’t advertise supports that need registration. It saves NDIA-managed participants a call you couldn’t help with.

Do ads work for NDIS provider marketing?

Sometimes, for one support in a few suburbs where you have room. Only about 1% of participants name provider advertising as their main source of information, and Facebook doesn’t allow ads that imply someone has a disability. So Joseph usually starts with your site, your profile and the coordinators near you.

Can we pay for referrals or offer a sign-up gift?

No. Paying a coordinator or another provider per referral, or giving gifts for signing up, is what the Code of Conduct and the NDIA warn against. A flat fee for a directory listing is advertising, and that’s fine.
